If warranty services are carried out at the headquarters of NeoBrand, an acceptance date shall be agreed between the parties.

AFTER-SALES SERVICE

At the moment when the warranty for the purchased equipment expires and the equipment fails after that period, we propose to use services after the warranty. The warranty service is carried out according to similar principles as the warranty service for a fee.
